NS Handle does not take custom poseball positions
Issue: NS Handle does not take custom poseball positions
ID: 2481
Assignee: rhet0rica
Reported by: sibko.matova
Date: 2020-07-24 05:22:12
Reported in: 2.2
Target version for fix: 2.2.3
Priority: Major
Product/Component: Generic Handle - poseball
### Description:
In the Setting Up Uses notecard there is the following:

"To add uses to your handles/horns, create a notecard called "_uses" with lines in the following format:

: ,,,,[#1 pose>,,,,...]

For example:
arch: _arch-f,<0,0,0>,<0,0,0,1>,1,_arch-m,<0,0,0>,<0,0,0,1>,1"

However, changing the ,,, does nothing.
For example, 0,5,0 places the poseball in the exact same position that 0,0,0 does

### Difference between actual and expected outcomes:
Expected: Changing the values as mentioned in the notecard should change the poseball position, rotation, etc
Actual: Changing the values as mentioned in the notecard does not change the poseball position, rotation, etc.

### Steps to reproduce:
1. Install handle
2. Create _uses notecard following ! Setting Up Uses instructions
3. Modify the animation sequences with different offsets
4. Try to use these poseballs
5. Observe that the poseballs do not offset

### Length of time this bug has been known to occur:
Encountered Mar 30th 2020 but presumably has existed since at least the last version of the Handle
