When using a regular charger over the ACS protocol (or a variant thereof), you may discover that the charging process fails to conclude, even though the unit is fully repaired. Chargers that use this method include:
  • NS Cartouche Charger
  • NS Induction Charger
  • NS Charger (versions 3.x and 4.x)
  • NS Charging Platform
  • NS Power Outlet NEMA 5-15R
  • NS Power Outlet CEE 7/3
  • NS Power Outlet FSD 12-5011-R
  • OC FSD 12-6099-D
  • NS FSD 12-6099-D
  • NS ExARC 47-2600 series
  • NS ARC 47-9000 series
  • NS ARC 47-2704 series
  • ACS Priority Charging Platform PCP-600
  • ACS Dedicated Charging Platform DCP-600
  • ACS Public Charging Platform (all versions)
  • Wireless Charging Station (Destruir)
  • DRGN//Systems Turbocharger
We are still working to eliminate this bug. Note that, in particular, the ExARC has not actually been updated for use with ARES yet, as it is meant to provide some hardware malfunction diagnostics that will only be available with the release of the WARRIOR extension. In the meantime, please manually abort the charging process with the @charge abort command if you notice problems.
