When utilizing @power zap to attempt to zap a unit with a value other than the default, the is ignored and zap instead sends the default of 240 kJ.

It turns out that the default value of 240 kJ wasn't chosen arbitrarily: that's also the maximum allowed. I've raised the maximum to 720 kJ, and it now warns if you try to zap with more than that.
