reportIf the demote-self permission is set to Forbidden (0), clicking the "Access Control" HUD menu item results in a "You are not authorized to access that menu." message.

Not a bug. "demote-self" is the core permission that defines management menu access, on the premise that owners should always have the right of refusal. ... I guess it could be named slightly differently, though.

Oh, right. I added a 'manage' control. Fixing that.
