Mouselook does not support interaction

| report | When in mouselook interacting with objects is not possible; placing the crosshairs over an item and clicking does not interact. I discovered this when doing a sweep of the store to ensure the vendors were all functional. tldr: can't click shit in mouselook. |
While working on this I discovered that some versions of Maitreya Lara (in my case, 5.0) take controls and therefore block mouselook clicking. Abominable! Anyway, I've got it fixed.
Tested this again with Maitreya Lara 5.3, GenX, Slink, and Legacy. Bug is still persisting in 0.1.2.
