Description: Applies damage. The damage type is handled identically to projectile damage (i.e. not crash or heat damage) but will bypass shields. Intended use is for shield devices to communicate overflow damage via the internal light bus message. Could also be used to integrate non-ATOS combat.

Parameter format: String parameter: a float value indicating amount of incoming damage. Amount will be scaled by system strength multiplier; e.g. if hardware has 2x armor, then 1.0 incoming damage will result in loss of 0.5 integrity. Key parameter: in the event the unit is killed, the owner of this UUID will be credited via the ATOS/A protocol.
