Under the discovered version lock your bolts with "@bolts locked" after rebooting unset the bolts with "@bolts unlocked" - the battery still issues the "@detach=n" RLV Restriction. Same For Powered Mode - when powered down it doesn't release. This may be a hard to reproduce bug due to the fact that it seems intermittent.

The battery can only be detached while ejected. It does not support bolts whatsoever.
