I am unable to chat in local chat at all. I have tried rebooting, and cycling through volume levels, but this has not helped. No matter what I have tried, nothing has been able to allow me to talk in local chat. As well as this, but I get the system message of being at 0%volume, while at 100% volume, the actual system voice volumes are incorrect for the setting, and my owner, while looking at the same menu, has a different volume setting than mine.
